In Her Horse Era proudly provides premium mobile horse care across a base service radius and surrounding suburbs. Clients within this area (Service Locations) receive full access to all services with no travel fees, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience.

For locations outside the radius, services may still be available — a travel fee may apply depending on distance. These fees allow the service to remain mobile across greater distances while valuing the time and care dedicated to each horse.

If you don’t see your suburb listed and would like to confirm whether your location is exempt from a travel fee or may incur one, simply use the contact form to request a confirmation.

Travel fees will be invoiced separately after booking a service. In Her Horse Era has the right to cancel bookings (and refund the client) if the client has not confirmed they are eligible for service and their location falls outside of the client radius.
